Over 1,000 participants attend the IB North America Annual Regional Conference each year, representing school heads, school board members, superintendents, IB programme coordinators, and educators from tertiary, secondary, middle, and primary schools from across the US, Canada, and the Carribean. Programs are distributed free to all registered conference participants. Please join us this summer to share your organization’s products or services with our participants.

Advertisers

Conference program space is available for advertisements. Programs are distributed free to the registered conference participants. Over 1,000 programs will be printed.

Advertisement Categories:

US$500: Full-page Ad
US$250: Half-page Ad
US$125: Quarter-page Ad

Advertisers must provide copy-ready ads with complete artwork in EPS, TIFF, or JPEG formats.

Exhibitors

The first 50 organizations that sign up as sponsors or exhibitors will receive a six-foot draped table in the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will be open on the two full conference days for 5.5 hours each day. Refreshment breaks will also take place in the exhibit hall to encourage attendees to visit your table. We encourage exhibitors to attend conference sessions to spend time with attendees.

Participant Registration Fee: US$ 750

Includes: all conference activities; opening reception on Thursday 17 July; breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Friday 18 July; breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and closing celebration on Saturday 19 July; and breakfast and a refreshment break on Sunday 20 July.

Thank-you for submitting your presentation proposal! We will read it carefully and contact you regarding acceptance. All breakout sessions will be posted on this site in March, 2007.

The 2008 IB North America Annual Regional Conference will attract over 1,000 members of the worldwide IB community to the San Francisco Bay area. There will be nearly 100 breakout sessions offered during the four days we will be together. Sessions may include presentations of conceptual models, professional applications, scholarly analyses, skill-building programs, and case studies.
