Gloria McDowell

Gloria McDowell holds a master's degree in Management of Non Governmental Organizations and a degree in Education, both from Argentine universities, and a bachelor of arts in Economics from Grove City College in Pennsylvania. Before joining the North American regional office as the Diploma Programme Regional Manager, she was the head of secondary in a bilingual school in Buenos Aires. Gloria has also acted in the roles of deputy chief examiner for IB Business and Management, examiner, and workshop leader.
