Exhibitor Information

Over 1,000 participants attend the IB North America Annual Regional Conference each year, representing school heads, school board members, superintendents, IB programme coordinators, and educators from tertiary, secondary, middle, and primary schools from across the US, Canada, and the Carribean. Exhibit hall hours afford several opportunities to meet with conference participants, and refreshment breaks will be taken in the exhibit hall to increase participants' awareness of your exhibit. Please join us this summer to share your organization’s products or services with our participants.

Exhibitors

The first 50 organizations that sign up as sponsors or exhibitors will receive a six-foot draped table in the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will be open on the two full conference days for 5.5 hours each day. Refreshment breaks will also take place in the exhibit hall to encourage attendees to visit your table. We encourage exhibitors to attend conference sessions to spend time with attendees.

US$1,500: Exhibitor Registration

• One 6-foot draped table and signage
• One conference registration, a US$750 value

US$1,200: Return Exhibitor Registration (a 20% discount)

• One 6-foot draped table and signage
• One conference registration, a US$750 value

US$850: Exhibit Only, No Conference Registration

• One 6-foot draped table and signage

Please note:

• Exhibitors without registration may buy tickets to attend the opening reception and the farewell party
• There is no additional cost for extra exhibitors. However, these individuals will not be invited to meals or other conference events

All exhibitors must provide copy-ready logo in EPS, TIFF, or JPEG formats and agree to all terms and conditions as outlined below.

Application deadline: 1 May 2008

All proposals will be reviewed and responded to within one week of receipt. IB North America reserves the right to refuse to accept sponsorships, exhibitors, and advertisements. Acceptance of these does not constitute an endorsement by or a relationship with IB North America.

Payment

Upon acceptance of your application, IB North America will register you then invoice you for any applicable fees.

Terms and Conditions

In accepting to advertise, exhibit, or sponsor this conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Exhibitors and Sponsors will maintain their exhibition table(s) during all hours the exhibition hall is open
• Exhibitors and Sponsors are responsible for transportation, lodging, and non-conference meals and expenses for all members of their staff
