Sponsor Information

Over 1000 participants are expected to attend the IB Conference of the Americas this year, representing school heads, school board members, superintendents, IB programme coordinators, and educators from tertiary, secondary, middle, and primary schools from across the US, Canada, and the Carribean. As a fully registered conference sponsor, you will have a chance to meet with all the attendees and to be actively engaged in the conference, including attending sessions and related events. Please join us this summer to share your organization’s products or services with our participants.

Sponsors

Organizations / Individuals may choose to sponsor at one of two available levels.

Higher Level: US$10,000

• Full-page advertisement in the conference program
• Two complimentary conference registrations
• Exhibition space: one 6-foot draped table and signage
• Logo in the conference program
• Logo on the conference website with link to sponsor website

Standard Level: US$5,000

• Half-page advertisement in the conference program
• One complimentary conference registrations
• Exhibition space: one 6-foot draped table and signage
• Logo in the conference program
• Logo on the conference website with link to sponsor website

All sponsors must provide copy-ready advertisement and logo in EPS, TIFF, or JPEG formats and agree to all terms and conditions as outlined below.

Application deadline: 15 May 2009

All proposals will be reviewed and responded to within one week of receipt. IB reserves the right to refuse to accept sponsorships, exhibitors, and advertisements. Acceptance of these does not constitute an endorsement by or a relationship with IB.

Payment

Upon acceptance of your application, IB will register you then invoice you for any applicable fees.

Terms and Conditions

In accepting to advertise, exhibit, or sponsor this conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Exhibitors and Sponsors will maintain their exhibition table(s) during all hours the exhibition hall is open
• Exhibitors and Sponsors are responsible for transportation, lodging, and non-conference meals and expenses for all members of their staff
