"Ann Wink is currently a Programme Specialist
for IB North America, working in
the division of Outreach and Volunteer
Services. She is also the primary
contact with schools receiving Javits
grants from the US Department of
Education. She holds a bachelor of
science degree and a Texas teaching
certifi cate for grades K-8 from Angelo
State University, in Angelo, Texas. She
also earned a M.Ed. in Curriculum and
Instruction with an endorsement in
Gifted Child Education and Supervision
certifi cation from Texas A&M
University. During her 29-year career
in public education, she served as a
teacher and a coordinator of gifted
education programmes for kindergarten
through twelfth grade."
