Approaches to Learning and Personality Theory: Sarah WernimontSession: Approaches to Learning and Personality Theory Sarah Wernimont taught English and Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) for nine years before being becoming the Middle Years Programme Coordinator at Anwatin Middle School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She works with teachers and students in an urban school where 73 percent of the students receive free and reduced lunch, 76 percent are students of color, and 13 percent of the students speak English as a second language.
