Approaches to Learning and Personality Theory
Audience: Middle Years Programme Personality type theory helps students understand how they learn best and how they communicate. By understanding how they process information and make decisions, students can better advocate for themselves and for what they need in order to learn. This session will include practical and easy-to-implement ideas, including a review of personality type theory and experiential activities to firmly plant this as a practical tool to use in classrooms.
