Robert Steiner serves as the Project Director for Seminars on Science, the IB online professional development program from the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. This award-winning program offers online courses in the life, earth, and physical sciences to teachers across the United States and around the world. Dr Steiner previously created the program in online learning at Columbia University's Teachers College and has a deep and abiding interest in science education and networked learning technologies. He received his BS in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and his doctorate in Physics from Yale University.
