Session: Building an IB Research Agenda

Dr Richard Caffyn is Head of Research Support and Development with the IB research team located at the University of Bath. He is responsible for developing research systems for practitioner researchers and for encouraging school-based research. His research areas include international schools, school staff cultures, micropolitics, and management. Dr Caffyn has worked as both a teacher and divisional head in schools in Norway, Azerbaijan, Romania and Austria.
